Investment Banking Associate – Healthcare

About the role

We are seeking an Investment Banking Associate to join the Healthcare team in London. The role offers the chance to work on high‑profile M&A, capital‑raising and advisory transactions across pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, medical devices and related services.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain detailed financial models and valuation analyses for healthcare companies.
• Support the execution of mergers & acquisitions, capital raises and strategic advisory mandates, preparing pitch books, information memoranda and client presentations.
• Coordinate due‑diligence processes and manage transaction timelines and work‑streams.
• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare clients, participating in meetings and delivering sector insights.
• Monitor industry developments, regulatory changes and market trends, contributing to research reports and thought‑leadership pieces.
• Collaborate with colleagues across investment banking, legal, compliance and operations on live transactions.

Required profile

• Previous experience in investment banking, corporate finance, transaction advisory or healthcare finance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting or a related field; MBA or advanced qualifications are a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to assess financial statements and industry dynamics.
