Investment Operations Specialist – Multi‑Asset Exposure

About the role

Join Tether’s Finance team as an Investment Operations Specialist focused on multi‑asset exposure. You will support the day‑to‑day operations of a complex investment and treasury platform, handling trade processing, reconciliations and digital‑asset workflows while driving automation and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and monitor trade operations across multiple asset classes.
• Perform daily and periodic reconciliations of cash, securities and digital‑asset balances.
• Maintain and improve digital‑asset workflow processes, ensuring accurate settlement and reporting.
• Identify opportunities for process automation and implement tooling enhancements.
• Collaborate with treasury, risk and technology teams to resolve operational issues.

Required profile

• Highly detail‑oriented with strong analytical mindset.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, globally distributed environment.
• Experience in investment operations or treasury functions preferred.

Required skills

• Experience with trade processing and reconciliation systems.
• Familiarity with digital‑asset platforms and workflow automation tools.
