iOS Developer (Senior) – Banking & Finance

About the role

Capgemini is looking for experienced iOS developers, including senior talent, to join our Banking and Finance delivery team in Manchester. You will work in a hybrid environment, collaborating with clients, colleagues and your home office to design, build and deliver high‑quality mobile solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution and delivery of iOS projects for banking and finance clients.
• Drive standards, best‑practice improvements and technical excellence across the team.
• Coach and mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
• Collaborate with product owners, designers and QA to ensure seamless integration and release.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an iOS developer, with senior‑level expertise in the banking or finance domain.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid model, balancing office, client site and remote work.
