IR Senior Associate / Principal – Investor Relations

About the role
Our client is a leading European venture‑capital firm that backs ambitious founders from Series A onward. They are seeking an intelligent and ambitious Investor Relations professional to manage the full IR remit across their fund products.
Key responsibilities
- Drive fundraising execution across fund products in partnership with investment teams.
- Map and engage prospective limited partners (LPs), leading outreach and introductory conversations.
- Own CRM pipeline management, including tracking, reporting and data hygiene.
- Plan and deliver fundraising events and represent the firm at industry conferences.
Required profile
- Experience in investor relations or fundraising within private‑market environments.
- Strong understanding of the LP landscape, covering institutional investors, family offices and fund‑of‑funds.
- Confident communicator comfortable in LP‑facing settings.
- Highly organised with a commercial mindset and disciplined CRM practices.
- Collaborative team player with genuine interest in the venture‑growth ecosystem.
