IT Engineer – UK & Nordic Support

About the role

We are seeking an IT Engineer to join our UK team and provide world‑class support across the United Kingdom and Nordic sites. You will be the first point of contact for technical issues, helping colleagues with hardware, software and access needs while contributing to strategic IT projects.

Key responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for support requests, onboarding/offboarding, access requests and troubleshooting.
• Manage Workplace and Warehouse technologies, implement best practices and define new service standards.
• Lead technical projects that improve the company’s IT landscape.
• Maintain and support platforms such as Google Workspace, Azure, Atlassian suite and related tools.
• Automate processes, document changes and share knowledge across the team.
• Travel to sites across the Nordics (and occasionally Europe) to provide on‑site support.

Required profile

• Positive, proactive attitude with strong communication skills.
• Ability to analyse data and make decisions based on quantitative information.
• Willingness to travel regularly to Nordic locations and hold a valid EU/UK driver’s licence.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of macOS, Windows, iOS and Android operating systems.
• Experience with corporate hardware, including printers.
• Familiarity with Slack, Google Workspace, Azure, Atlassian suite, Snipe‑IT, Intune, Jamf and SureMDM.
• Understanding of LAN, WAN and WLAN infrastructures.
• Knowledge of FortiGate firewalls, Cisco switches and Cisco wireless solutions.
