IT Support Team Lead

About the role

Reporting to the End User Computing (EUC) Manager within the IT Operations function, the IT Support Team Lead will oversee a UK‑based team of EUC Engineers, ensuring high‑quality run‑level services across the company’s IT platforms. Based in our central London office, the role combines day‑to‑day team coordination with strategic knowledge sharing across global geographies.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and delegate tasks within the EUC team, overseeing daily operations.
• Manage knowledge and training requirements to keep the team current on systems and processes.
• Motivate the team and maintain a comfortable, productive working environment.
• Stay updated on changes to standards, technologies and methodologies relevant to EUC.
• Perform administrative functions such as task allocation, prioritisation, tracking and reporting.
• Conduct ongoing operational risk assessment and risk management.
• Provide direction, coaching and mentoring to team members.
• Review team outputs for accuracy, quality and compliance with security policies.
• Operationalise and execute company plans and policies.
• Triage and prioritise incidents, escalating to third‑party or internal partners as needed.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading a team of EUC or IT support engineers.
• Strong understanding of IT service delivery and run‑level support processes.
• Ability to coach, mentor and develop technical staff.
• Experience with risk assessment and management in an IT environment.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate across global locations.
