IT Support Technician (1st / 2nd Line Support)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive IT Support Technician to deliver 1st and 2nd line support for our Horsham office. The role involves assisting internal users with hardware, software and mobile device issues, ensuring smooth daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line assistance via phone, email, remote tools and face‑to‑face.
• Troubleshoot and resolve problems with Windows PCs, laptops, mobile devices and Microsoft Office applications.
• Log incidents, track progress and ensure timely resolution.
• Escalate complex issues to senior teams when required.
• Maintain documentation of solutions and contribute to knowledge‑base articles.

Required profile

• Previous experience in an IT Service Desk, Helpdesk or similar support role.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and the capacity to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Self‑motivated, flexible and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Windows operating system.
