IT Support Technician

About the role

We are seeking a friendly and proactive IT Support Technician to provide day‑to‑day technical assistance across the business. You will resolve common hardware and software issues, ensuring colleagues have the tools they need to work efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver 1st and 2nd line support to users both on‑site and remotely.
• Diagnose and resolve everyday hardware, software and Windows OS problems.
• Respond promptly to IT incidents and service requests.
• Set up new users, laptops and other equipment, including password resets and account administration.
• Escalate complex issues to senior teams when required.

Required profile

• Previous experience in an IT Support or Service Desk role.
• Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to users of all skill levels.

Required skills

• Good working knowledge of Windows operating systems.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 applications such as Outlook, Teams and OneDrive.
• Basic familiarity with Active Directory or user account administration.
