Italian‑Speaking Mortgage Broker – London (Hybrid)

About the role

We are seeking an Italian‑speaking Mortgage Broker to join our London‑based brokerage on a hybrid basis. You will work with high‑net‑worth (HNW) and ultra‑high‑net‑worth (UHNW) clients, advising them on residential, buy‑to‑let and complex high‑value mortgage solutions for UK and overseas property.

Key responsibilities

• Provide regulated mortgage advice to UK‑based and international clients, with a focus on Italian‑speaking investors.
• Manage end‑to‑end mortgage cases, from enquiry through completion, ensuring FCA compliance.
• Advise on residential, buy‑to‑let, complex income structures and prime/super‑prime London transactions.
• Liaise with private banks, specialist lenders, solicitors and wealth partners.
• Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with HNW/UHNW investors and introducers.
• Participate in occasional travel to Italy and other European markets.

Required profile

• Fully CeMAP qualified (or equivalent) with UK mortgage advisory experience.
• Fluent in both Italian and English.
• Proven ability to work with international and high‑value clients.
• Strong understanding of UK mortgage regulation and FCA requirements.
