Junior Finance Business Partner

About the role

Join a leading UK supplier in the catering and hospitality sector as a Junior Finance Business Partner based in Theale. Reporting to the Finance Business Partner, you will work closely with cross‑functional teams to provide systems support, maintain data integrity and deliver analysis that drives profitability. This role is ideal for a graduate or someone studying towards AAT looking to build a career in commercial finance.

Key responsibilities

• Support financial and commercial assessments for tenders, renewals and retentions, including pricing structure reviews and bid responses.
• Enhance internal data and reporting to improve accuracy, efficiency and presentation of customer‑specific reports.
• Provide commercial insights and performance analysis, identifying trends and margin improvement opportunities.
• Act as point of contact for contractual reviews, ensuring changes are implemented and communicated.
• Assist sales with new contract mobilisations and manage customer rebate processes.
• Support annual supplier repricing and bi‑annual customer repricing exercises, ensuring timely data entry and implementation.
• Develop and optimise current systems, creating best‑practice processes and reducing manual data entry.
• Prepare monthly customer KPI reports in line with requirements.

Required profile

• Graduate or studying towards AAT, eager to develop a career in commercial finance.
• Intermediate Excel knowledge.
• Strong commercial awareness with solid numerical and analytical abilities.
• Good understanding of finance systems.
