Junior Paid Social E‑Commerce Executive

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Paid Social E‑Commerce Executive to join Funko’s in‑house paid media team in London. You will support the execution, optimisation and reporting of paid social campaigns across our global markets (US & EMEA) and help drive the growth of our online business.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in setting up and managing paid social campaigns on platforms such as Meta, TikTok and Pinterest for all markets.
• Monitor performance, apply optimisation tactics and ensure timely delivery of campaign assets.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop ad creatives and run A/B tests.
• Analyse campaign data, update performance trackers and produce regular reports for the paid media team.
• Support audience targeting and segmentation strategies, providing insights on customer personas.
• Track campaign budgets, flag overspend and contribute to budget‑optimisation discussions.
• Stay up‑to‑date with paid‑media trends and participate in training opportunities.
• Work closely with Paid Media Specialists, sharing updates and insights.

Required profile

• Good understanding of paid social channels, especially Meta and TikTok.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational abilities.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude.
• Passion for pop‑culture and knowledge of Funko products is a plus.
