Junior Sales Executive - Field Sales

About the Role

Main Missions

• Manage and grow an existing portfolio of independent retailers, grocery stores, franchises, and petrol stations within the Greater Glasgow region.
• Conduct multiple daily in-store visits to provide product training to merchants and staff.
• Enhance brand visibility and optimize product placement to maximize market share.
• Execute successful new product launches and promotional activities.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term professional relationships with store owners, staff, and wholesalers.

Candidate Profile

• Early career professional or someone with initial sales experience (telemarketing experience is welcomed).
• Highly motivated, articulate, and professionally presented.
• Hardworking individual with a proactive mindset.
• Must hold a full driving license.
• University degree preferred.
• Ability to stay overnight away from home once a week.
