About the Role
Are you an ambitious professional looking to kickstart your career in the fast-paced FMCG sector? Join BMS Performance as a Junior Sales Executive, where you will represent a leading global brand and drive growth through direct engagement and relationship building.
Main Missions
- Manage and grow an existing portfolio of independent retailers, grocery stores, franchises, and petrol stations within the Greater Glasgow region.
- Conduct multiple daily in-store visits to provide product training to merchants and staff.
- Enhance brand visibility and optimize product placement to maximize market share.
- Execute successful new product launches and promotional activities.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term professional relationships with store owners, staff, and wholesalers.
Candidate Profile
- Early career professional or someone with initial sales experience (telemarketing experience is welcomed).
- Highly motivated, articulate, and professionally presented.
- Hardworking individual with a proactive mindset.
- Must hold a full driving license.
- University degree preferred.
- Ability to stay overnight away from home once a week.
