Key Holder – Retail Team Lead

At Lindt, we don’t just sell chocolate – we create magical moments for every guest. We are seeking a passionate and energetic Key Holder to join our Mayfair store and help deliver an exceptional retail experience.

Key responsibilities

• Hold the store key, open and close the shop, and support the manager on duty.
• Assist team members in meeting daily sales targets and providing outstanding customer service.
• Train and onboard new staff members.
• Execute visual merchandising standards and in‑store activations.
• Welcome customers, answer product questions, and provide personalized assistance.
• Process returns, resolve customer concerns, and act as a brand ambassador.
• Promote corporate gifting and B2B sales opportunities.
• Maintain inventory control, replenish stock, and receive deliveries.
• Handle cash transactions and support cash‑handling duties.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a retail sales or customer‑facing role.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on driving sales.
• Experience using POS systems and handling cash.
• Familiarity with inventory control and visual merchandising standards.
• Confident communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
• Friendly, energetic personality with a customer‑first mindset.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A genuine passion for chocolate.
