About the role
We are seeking an experienced Key Stage 2 teacher (Year 4, M3/M4) to join a vibrant primary school in Brent from September 2026. The role involves delivering an inclusive curriculum, monitoring progress and contributing to a positive school culture.
Key responsibilities
- Stay up‑to‑date with educational research, policies and school initiatives through training and workshops.
- Model excellent teaching practice, motivate staff and represent the school in meetings with governors and external networks.
- Plan and deliver a high‑quality, inclusive curriculum that challenges all pupils across core and non‑core subjects.
- Monitor pupil progress, use data to identify gaps and implement effective interventions.
- Collaborate regularly with colleagues and parents to support individual learning needs and communicate curriculum developments.
Required profile
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Experience teaching in a primary school setting.
- Commitment to delivering engaging, inclusive lessons.
- Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills.
- Team‑player with a reflective, proactive approach.
