About the role

Join Levi’s flagship store on Regent Street as a part‑time Keyholder, working 12‑hour shifts on weekends and a weekday. You will act as a vital link between our products and customers, supporting stylists and ensuring the store runs smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver the highest level of customer service while embodying Levi’s brand values.
• Support store management with daily tasks, opening and closing duties when senior managers are absent.
• Motivate, coach, and develop the sales team to meet personal and store KPIs.
• Maintain strong visual standards and assist with stockroom organization and deliveries.

• Proven experience meeting sales targets and KPIs in a retail environment.
• Team‑player attitude with the ability to support and manage floor staff.
