About the role
Reed Education is seeking a dedicated KS1 Teacher to join a vibrant primary school in the South East. This full‑time, temporary position offers the chance to make a meaningful impact on young learners while working in a supportive environment.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, prepare and deliver engaging KS1 lessons that meet curriculum standards.
- Assess student progress, provide feedback and tailor support to help every child achieve their potential.
- Create a positive, stimulating classroom atmosphere that encourages enthusiasm for learning.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents and the wider school community to enhance student outcomes.
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions and school events.
Required profile
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Proven experience teaching KS1 or a similar age group.
- Strong understanding of the KS1 curriculum and effective teaching methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
