About the role

Hays Education is seeking enthusiastic KS2 Supply Teachers to support primary schools in Bognor Regis and the wider Sussex area. This flexible role allows you to work across a range of schools, delivering high‑quality teaching on a day‑to‑day or longer‑term basis.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging KS2 lessons in line with the national curriculum.
• Assess pupil progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment.
• Collaborate with school staff to support pupil wellbeing.
• Adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of learners.

Required profile

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Experience working in a primary school setting.
• Genuine passion for teaching and connecting with pupils.
• Collaborative attitude and willingness to contribute to a strong school team.
• Creative, enthusiastic and positive approach to learning.
