KS2 Teacher – Full-Time – New Barnet

About the role
We are looking for a dedicated KS2 teacher to join a friendly primary school in New Barnet from September 2026. The role is full-time and involves delivering the Key Stage 2 curriculum to a well-behaved class.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons for Year 3‑6 pupils.
- Assess student progress and provide feedback.
- Participate in one day of PPA (Planning, Preparation and Assessment) from home each week.
- Collaborate with the year‑group team on shared planning and resources.
- Maintain classroom routines and support positive behaviour.
Required profile
- Qualified teacher status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching KS2, or recent graduate (ECT) ready to start a career.
- Strong commitment to pupil development and collaborative work.
Required skills
- Knowledge of the National Curriculum for Key Stage 2.
- Ability to use standard classroom ICT tools.
