Landlord and Tenant Surveyor

About the role
We are looking for a newly qualified Landlord and Tenant Surveyor to join a dynamic property management and surveying firm operating across South Essex and East London. The role offers exposure to both residential and commercial property types and involves a variety of lease advisory work.
Key responsibilities
- Manage lease advisory tasks including lease renewals, rent reviews and property valuations.
- Conduct property inspections and prepare detailed reports.
- Advise clients on lease terms, property rights and current market conditions.
- Liaise with solicitors and agents to negotiate lease agreements.
Required profile
- Recently chartered surveyor with a solid understanding of landlord and tenant law.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Valid driving licence and access to a vehicle.

- Competitive salary of £45,000‑£50,000 per year.
