About the role

Join HC‑One as a part‑time Laundry Assistant, working 16 hours a week in a caring environment. You will help keep residents' clothing and linen clean, comfortable and ready for use.

Key responsibilities

Wash, dry, iron and repair residents' clothing and linen.
Maintain daily linen stocks and report any issues to the Senior Housekeeper.
Fold, sort and distribute clean items to the correct rooms.
Ensure the laundry area remains tidy, safe and welcoming.

Required profile

Previous experience in a laundry or similar role is preferred, but training will be provided.
Strong time‑management and organisational abilities.
Positive, kind attitude with good communication skills.
Awareness of safeguarding responsibilities and willingness to attend related training.
