About the role
DeepL is seeking a Lead Product Marketing Manager to own the go‑to‑market strategy for its Translator product line. You will shape how enterprise customers understand DeepL’s AI‑driven language solutions and drive adoption worldwide.
Key responsibilities
- Own end‑to‑end product marketing strategy and execution for DeepL Translator capabilities.
- Translate market, competitive and customer insights into actionable product roadmap requirements.
- Craft clear, outcome‑driven messaging that differentiates DeepL’s AI technology.
- Plan and execute global product launches, coordinating with Marketing, Product and Revenue teams.
- Provide sales enablement assets and training to empower revenue teams.
- Partner with Marketing and Revenue to drive platform awareness, demand creation and long‑term user retention.
Required profile
- 6+ years of professional experience in Marketing, Product or Revenue, with at least 4 years in B2B product marketing.
- Full‑stack product marketing manager able to move between strategy, positioning and tactical enablement.
- Proven track record of launching complex technology or platform products.
- Strong storytelling ability to translate technical concepts for enterprise decision‑makers.
- Comfort navigating ambiguity and using data‑driven insights in a fast‑moving environment.
- Cross‑functional leadership experience working with product, research and sales teams.
- AI‑native mindset, comfortable using AI tools and curious about language technology evolution.
- Fluency in English and passion for languages and communication.
