Lead Sales Originator EMEA – German Speaking

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Lead Sales Originator to drive new business across the EMEA region. The role focuses on high‑volume outbound prospecting, engaging senior decision‑makers and generating qualified sales opportunities, with a preference for German‑speaking candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and target new business opportunities throughout EMEA, covering both existing and untapped markets.
• Conduct high‑volume outreach via phone, LinkedIn, email and other professional platforms.
• Engage C‑suite executives, finance and operations leaders to uncover sales opportunities.
• Qualify leads related to site closures, restructuring, insolvency or asset sales.
• Maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities and meet daily KPI targets.
• Develop creative outreach messaging to maximise response rates.
• Present the company’s value proposition to prospects and nurture relationships through the sales funnel.
• Hand over qualified opportunities to senior sales team for closing.

Required profile

• Highly motivated, organised and dynamic with a strong drive for results.
• Confident communicator who thrives in a fast‑paced sales environment.
• Ability to engage senior decision‑makers and build commercial relationships.
• Fluent German speaking is preferred to support German‑speaking markets.
