About the role

We are seeking a committed Learning and Development Coordinator to design, plan and deliver a comprehensive range of training programmes for our residential and nursing care homes, as well as potential home‑care branches. The role covers sites across the Midlands, London and the South Coast, with occasional travel to other regions for cover.

Key responsibilities

  • Design, plan and deliver training courses such as Safeguarding, Moving and Assisting, First Aid, Dementia and the Mental Capacity Act.
  • Deliver high‑quality training to groups of employees across multiple sites.
  • Conduct learner assessments to ensure outcomes meet Skills for Care and CQC standards.
  • Support induction training for new homes and staff, ensuring consistent delivery.
  • Facilitate Champion programmes and support home champions to achieve required standards.
  • Maintain accurate training records and adapt to operational needs.
  • Provide guidance and troubleshooting for the e‑learning system.
  • Keep training content current and aligned with best practices and company ethos.

Required profile

  • Level 3 Award in Education and Training or equivalent.
  • Experience delivering care‑related training across varied subjects.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and organisational abilities.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as Skills for Care and CQC.
  • Compassionate, empathetic and able to engage a wide range of learners.
  • Flexibility to travel between sites as required.
