Learning & Development Trainer – South of England

About the role
Join Cygnet Health Care as a Learning & Development Trainer delivering high‑impact training across our southern health and social care services. You will work from home with regular travel to sites, helping staff gain the confidence and competence needed to provide excellent care.
Key responsibilities
- Design and deliver a variety of specialist training courses, including Safer People Handling, Risk Assessment and Fire Warden Marshall.
- Travel to multiple service locations across the South of England to conduct face‑to‑face sessions.
- Maintain training records and evaluate the effectiveness of learning interventions.
- Collaborate with the internal L&D team to develop new learning solutions.
Required profile
- Confident, engaging and passionate about delivering life‑saving education.
- Experience working within a health or social care setting.
- Proven track record of delivering training or teaching.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a personal vehicle.
