About the role
We are seeking enthusiastic Learning Support Assistants to join a thriving primary school in Westminster. You will work alongside teachers and the SENCO to create an inclusive environment where every child can thrive academically, socially and emotionally.
Key responsibilities
- Provide one‑to‑one and small‑group support for pupils who need additional assistance.
- Support children with special educational needs, learning difficulties and other additional needs.
- Assist pupils in accessing learning activities and the wider curriculum.
- Promote positive behaviour and encourage active engagement in lessons.
Required profile
- Experienced Learning Support Assistants or Level 3 qualified Teaching Assistants/Early Years Practitioners.
- Recent graduates with a genuine interest in education and child development.
- Experience working with children in schools, nurseries, childcare settings or youth work.
- Commitment to inclusion and supporting pupils to reach their full potential.
