Legal Administrator (Hybrid)

About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Legal Administrator to join our Legal Practice Management team. Working in a hybrid model, you will support a modern in‑house legal function that is undergoing a transformation to become ‘Future Ready’, while developing your own legal administration expertise.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and continuously improve business support processes to drive efficiency and consistency across the legal team.
- Serve as the professional first point of contact for internal and external queries at all levels.
- Monitor shared inboxes and legal post, triage incoming work and allocate queries and claims according to established protocols.
- Maintain accurate records of legal matters, including case setup on PEGA, data management, reporting support and document retrieval.
- Provide operational and administrative support such as data processing, reporting, supplier contracts, invoicing and cross‑team coordination.
Required profile
- Enthusiastic and proactive individual.
- Strong organisational skills.
