Legal Analyst

About the role

Legal Analysts join Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer's Digital Legal Delivery practice, a team that combines legal expertise, process design and technology to help clients digitise their legal services. The practice works across Legal, Legal Technology and Advisory streams, delivering large, data‑intensive mandates such as contract management, document review, e‑discovery and legal operations consulting. The group assists organisations undergoing their own digitisation projects and those looking to disentangle from manual, inefficient legal processes. As a Legal Analyst you will be embedded in the Disputes practice group, collaborating with senior Disputes lawyers to deliver client work.

Key responsibilities

• Work closely with senior Disputes lawyers on the delivery of client matters within the Disputes practice.
• Support the Digital Legal Delivery team in data‑intensive legal projects, including contract management and document review.
• Contribute to the application of legal technology solutions such as e‑discovery, data analytics and document automation.

Required profile

• Interest in the intersection of law, technology and process design.
