Legal Counsel

About the role

We are seeking an experienced, agile, and business‑minded Legal Counsel to join our legal team and support our growing global operations. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and cross‑functional teams, managing legal, commercial, and compliance risks with a focus on contract negotiation and corporate governance.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate and manage the full lifecycle of complex commercial agreements, including terms and conditions, consulting, marketing, lease, intra‑group, employment, vendor and customer contracts.
• Maintain and evolve contract templates and playbooks for key commercial and corporate agreements.
• Advise on employment law matters such as hiring, terminations and restructurings.
• Identify legal risks across data privacy, security, employment, anti‑bribery and artificial intelligence and provide practical mitigation advice.
• Support litigation, dispute resolution, corporate due diligence, M&A and worldwide corporate governance, coordinating approvals, documentation and statutory filings.

Required profile

• Qualified lawyer with solid experience in commercial contracts and corporate governance.
• Responsive, detail‑oriented and able to balance legal risk with business objectives.
• Comfortable working independently in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

• Competitive salary range of £85,000‑£100,000 per annum.
