Lettings Manager – Residential Lettings – Streatham

About the role

We are seeking an articulate, energetic and well‑presented Lettings Manager to lead our residential lettings branch in Streatham. This full‑time, Monday‑to‑Friday position offers the chance to drive business growth, win new instructions and shape a high‑performing team within a fast‑paced, occupancy‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist directors in achieving branch targets and maintaining profitability.
• Lead, motivate and manage the lettings team to deliver excellent client service.
• Generate new business by winning listings and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Oversee the full lettings process from instruction to tenancy completion.
• Drive performance metrics to retain and expand the client base.

Required profile

• Proven experience in residential lettings management.
• Track record of winning listings and instructions.
• Strong relationship‑building abilities with clients and stakeholders.
• Leadership skills with a proactive, target‑driven mindset.
• Full UK driving licence.
