Lettings Negotiator – Basingstoke

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Lettings Negotiator to join a well‑respected independent estate agency in Basingstoke. This full‑time position offers a supportive environment where you can develop your sales skills, build strong client relationships, and progress within the property sector.

Key responsibilities

• Arrange and conduct property viewings for prospective tenants.
• Match tenants with suitable rental properties and negotiate terms.
• Provide ongoing support to landlords and tenants throughout the lettings process.
• Deliver clear advice, maintain strong client relationships, and ensure high levels of customer service.
• Collaborate with the team to meet targets and contribute to business growth.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 months’ experience as a Lettings Negotiator.
• Strong sales ability with a target‑driven mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for the property industry and desire to exceed targets.
• Full UK driving licence.
