Lettings Negotiator / Consultant – Zoopla & Rightmove

About the role

This position is for a Lettings Negotiator/Consultant who will handle lettings activity, enquiries and marketing for a diverse commercial property portfolio. You will work with a well‑established company that manages shopping centres and retail assets.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update property listings on key portals, primarily Zoopla and Rightmove.
• Handle incoming lettings enquiries and support the leasing process from initial contact to agreement.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings with prospective tenants.
• Promote vacant commercial units through targeted marketing activities.
• Liaise with existing tenants, prospective occupiers and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
• Support sales‑related property activities when required.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Lettings Negotiator, Lettings Consultant, Leasing Agent, Estate Agent or similar role.
• Strong background in lettings or estate agency environments.
• Excellent customer service with clear, confident communication.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple properties and priorities.
• Proactive mindset and good commercial awareness.

Required skills

• Proficient use of Zoopla platform.
• Proficient use of Rightmove platform.
