Lettings Negotiator – Maternity Cover (Trowbridge)

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Lettings Negotiator to cover a maternity leave within our busy Trowbridge branch. This temporary position offers the chance to work with a respected local property business, building relationships with landlords and tenants while delivering a high‑standard lettings service.

Key responsibilities

• Register prospective tenants and match them to suitable rental properties.
• Conduct property viewings and negotiate offers to secure lets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
• Generate new business opportunities and support branch growth.
• Assist the team with day‑to‑day branch operations.
• Deliver a first‑class customer experience throughout the lettings process.

Required profile

• Previous experience in estate agency or lettings (preferred).
• Confident communicator with excellent people skills.
• Target‑driven and proactive approach.
• Well‑organised with the ability to manage a busy workload.
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle.
