Lettings Negotiator – Prime Central London

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join a well‑regarded independent estate agency operating across the Prime Central London market. The role offers a balanced working week with no weekend duties and the opportunity to earn a realistic OTE of £50,000+ through a competitive commission structure.

Key responsibilities

• Register and qualify prospective tenants.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings.
• Negotiate tenancy offers between landlords and tenants.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Generate new business opportunities and match applicants to suitable properties.
• Maintain clear communication throughout the lettings process.
• Keep accurate records in the CRM system.
• Work towards individual and team targets while delivering excellent customer service.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Lettings Negotiator or in residential lettings.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Confident, professional approach with a target‑driven mindset.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work in a fast‑paced, high‑performing team.
• Non‑drivers will also be considered.

Required skills

What we offer

• Basic salary £25,000 – £30,000 (depending on experience).
• Realistic OTE £50,000+ with a commission structure up to 30%.
• Monday‑Thursday 9:30 am – 5:30 pm, Friday 9:30 am – 4:30 pm; no weekend work.
• Exposure to the Prime Central London lettings market.
• Strong training programme and clear progression opportunities within a multi‑branch independent agency.
