Lettings Negotiator – Residential Lettings

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Lettings Negotiator to drive residential rentals in Farnham, Surrey. You will join a dynamic, customer‑focused team and help grow the lettings portfolio while delivering excellent service to landlords and tenants.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct property viewings and negotiate tenancy agreements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
• Generate new business through networking, referrals and marketing activity.
• Progress tenancies from offer to move‑in.
• Support the Lettings Manager in meeting departmental targets.
• Ensure compliance with current lettings legislation and company procedures.

Required profile

• Previous experience in residential lettings (essential).
• Proven track record of negotiating and agreeing tenancies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent customer service and relationship‑building skills.
• Target‑driven, proactive and motivated approach.
• Good knowledge of current lettings legislation and industry regulations.
• Well‑organised with strong administrative and time‑management skills.
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle preferred.
