Lettings Negotiator – Residential Lettings

About the role

Join Connells Group’s Sutton Kersh residential lettings team in Allerton, Liverpool as a Lettings Negotiator. You will help prospective tenants find their next home while delivering a high‑quality customer experience throughout the lettings journey.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and book rental valuations and market appraisals.
• Conduct property viewings with prospective tenants.
• Negotiate rental terms and secure lettings agreements.
• Progress tenancies through to move‑in and handover.
• Identify new business opportunities and build strong customer relationships to support branch growth.

Required profile

• Previous experience in lettings, estate agency or a customer‑facing sales role.
• Strong motivation to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve results.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Highly organised, proactive and confident working in a target‑driven environment.
• Full UK driving licence with access to a personal vehicle.

Required skills

• IT literacy and confidence using standard office technology.
