Lettings Negotiator – Residential Lettings (Ruislip)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join a thriving independent estate agency in Ruislip. You will manage the full lettings cycle, from initial enquiry to lease completion, delivering a high‑quality service to landlords and tenants across West London.

Key responsibilities

• Register prospective tenants and match them with suitable rental properties.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings throughout Ruislip and surrounding areas.
• Negotiate rental offers between applicants and landlords.
• Progress agreed lettings through to completion, keeping all parties informed.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants and applicants.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve lettings targets and ensure excellent customer service.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a residential Lettings Negotiator or Lettings Agent.
• Strong sales, negotiation and closing ability.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Confident telephone manner and professional approach.
• Proactive, self‑motivated and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
• Full UK driving licence (own car preferred).
• Well‑presented, ambitious and passionate about residential property.
