Lettings Negotiator – Residential Lettings Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Lettings Negotiator to join our thriving lettings department in Dorking. You will be responsible for managing the full lettings cycle, from initial enquiries to tenancy agreements, ensuring a high level of service for landlords and tenants.

Key responsibilities

• Answer telephone and email enquiries from prospective tenants and landlords.
• Register and qualify applicants, match them with suitable properties and arrange viewings.
• Conduct property viewings and negotiate tenancy terms with both parties.
• Provide feedback, market updates and accurate property descriptions to landlords.
• Produce high‑quality photography and maintain up‑to‑date property listings.
• Collaborate with the Branch Manager, administration and property‑management teams.
• Monitor the local lettings market and competitor activity.

Required profile

• Proven experience in residential lettings or a similar role.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
• Full UK driving licence.

Required skills

• Experience with Reapit or a comparable estate‑agency software package.
