Lettings Negotiator – Residential Lettings Team

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Lettings Negotiator to join a busy residential lettings team in Bracknell. The role is ideal for a property professional who thrives in a target‑driven environment and enjoys building strong relationships with landlords and tenants.

Key responsibilities

• Arrange and conduct property viewings with prospective tenants.
• Negotiate tenancy agreements and progress lettings through to completion.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with landlords, tenants and applicants.
• Identify and generate new business opportunities within the local market.
• Deliver a high standard of customer service throughout the lettings process.
• Complete administration tasks and ensure compliance procedures are followed.

Required profile

• Previous experience in residential lettings (preferred).
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Professional, proactive and confident in a busy environment.
• Organised with the ability to manage workload effectively.
• Knowledge of Bracknell and surrounding areas is advantageous.
• Full UK driving licence essential; own vehicle preferred.
