Lettings Negotiator – Residential Property Specialist

About the role
Join a thriving, well‑established lettings team within a leading estate agency. You will build relationships, create opportunities and help clients find their next home while driving business growth.
Key responsibilities
- Generate and book rental valuations and market appraisals.
- Conduct engaging property viewings for prospective tenants.
- Negotiate tenancy agreements and guide applicants and landlords from enquiry to move‑in.
- Develop new business opportunities and maintain strong client relationships.
Required profile
- Enthusiastic, driven and customer‑focused.
- Experience in lettings or sales, with a talent for generating new business.
- Organised, resilient, detail‑orientated and confident communicator.
- Ability to build rapport and influence outcomes.
Required skills
- Strong IT proficiency, especially Microsoft Office.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a personal vehicle.
What we offer
- Basic salary up to £28,000 with OTE around £40,000.
- Early finish every other Friday.
- Private healthcare and death‑in‑service benefit.
