Level 3 Nursery Practitioner – Full‑time, Streatham

About the role

Join a friendly, nurturing nursery in Streatham as a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner. You will help children explore, learn and develop in a safe, inclusive environment where curiosity and creativity are encouraged.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, deliver and evaluate rich, stimulating EYFS activities.
• Observe, assess and document each child’s learning and progress.
• Build strong relationships with parents and carers.
• Promote children’s independence, confidence and wellbeing.
• Maintain a safe, high‑quality early years setting.

Required profile

• NCFE CACHE Level 3 Diploma for the Early Years Educator (or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding standards.
• Prior experience as a Nursery Nurse or Early Years Practitioner.
• DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
• Ability to provide qualification certificates, DBS update and two professional references.

Required skills

• Ability to maintain accurate observation and assessment records.
