Level 3 Practitioner – Basingstoke

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Level 3 Practitioner to join our welcoming nursery in Basingstoke. This permanent, full‑time position offers the chance to support children’s early development within a safe, inclusive environment that follows the EYFS framework.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver creative, age‑appropriate activities that promote learning and development.
• Encourage social, emotional and physical growth through daily interactions.
• Maintain a safe, welcoming and stimulating nursery setting.
• Build positive relationships with children, parents, carers and colleagues.
• Promote inclusion, equality and diversity throughout the setting.
• Support daily routines and contribute to the smooth operation of the nursery.

Required profile

• Recognised Level 3 Childcare qualification or equivalent.
• Good knowledge of the EYFS framework and early years best practice.
• Caring, enthusiastic and proactive attitude.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Genuine passion for helping children learn and thrive.
