Licensing Executive (Maternity Cover)

About the role

The Premier League’s Partnerships and Licensing team is seeking a Licensing Executive to provide additional support during a maternity leave period. This fixed‑term, full‑time role will work closely with the Licensing Manager and wider team to manage operational requirements for all Licensees.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day operational and administrative support for all Licensee accounts.
• Work with Licensees on product development roadmaps, growth strategies and workflow coordination.
• Coordinate approval processes with Clubs to ensure licensed products meet Premier League and Club guidelines.
• Manage the approval and delivery of Licensee marketing campaigns across Premier League digital platforms.
• Liaise with Premier League Clubs, internal departments (Broadcasting, Digital, Communications) and external agencies on rights and marketing matters.
• Track royalty reports, analyse sales performance and ensure contractual rights such as tickets, hospitality, merchandise and events are delivered.

Required profile

• Strong relationship and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience in partner account management with an operational or licensing focus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organised, able to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail with a proactive, methodical approach.
• Positive, can‑do attitude that inspires colleagues.
• Interest in football and understanding of the Premier League environment (desired but not required).
