Logistics Coordinator – Full‑time, Tonbridge

About the role

We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join our busy team in Tonbridge. The role involves planning and managing orders from initial quote through to delivery, ensuring smooth operations across international supply chains.

Key responsibilities

• Process quotes, orders and invoices accurately.
• Plan delivery routes and allocate stock to meet lead‑time commitments.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, hauliers and other suppliers.
• Manage import/export documentation and customs administration.
• Track orders, update customers and resolve issues proactively.
• Prepare and issue all required logistics documentation.

Required profile

• Previous experience in international logistics, supply chain or operations.
• Ability to work on‑site in Tonbridge Monday‑Friday.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication with internal teams and external partners.
