Luxury Home Estate Agent – Flexible Remote Role

About the role

Fine & Country is seeking motivated estate agents to sell luxury homes across the South West England region. You will work remotely, leveraging the brand’s national network to connect high‑net‑worth buyers with premium properties priced from £1M to £5M+.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and nurture relationships with potential buyers of luxury properties.
• Conduct property viewings, negotiate offers and guide clients through the sales process.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and property listings using the company’s tools.
• Collaborate with the marketing and social media team to promote listings.
• Achieve a target of at least one sale per month to meet earnings expectations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in residential real‑estate sales, preferably in the premium segment.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Self‑driven, ambitious and comfortable working independently from home.
• Ability to manage a personal pipeline and meet sales targets.
