Luxury Sales Consultant – Jewellery Retail

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Luxury Sales Consultant to join an established jeweller in Hatton Garden. You will work in a high‑end retail environment, helping customers find pieces that match their style and budget while driving strong sales performance.

Key responsibilities

• Greet walk‑in and referred customers, build rapport and understand their requirements.
• Present jewellery ranging from £2k to £20k, make tailored suggestions and handle objections.
• Close sales and achieve a monthly target of £50k.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow up on enquiries.
• Provide professional, authentic service at all times.

Required profile

• Passion for sales and delivering excellent customer service.
• Strong communication skills and ability to listen actively.
• Willingness to learn and follow up on leads.
• Previous experience in luxury retail or hospitality is advantageous.
