Luxury Travel Advisor (Italian/Spanish/French)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Luxury Travel Advisor to join our award‑winning team in Chelsea, London. The successful candidate will provide concierge‑level service to high‑net‑worth clients, designing bespoke itineraries and managing every detail of their travel experience.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with high‑net‑worth clients.
• Design and plan bespoke travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, private transfers, dining, excursions and exclusive events.
• Stay up‑to‑date with luxury destinations, premium airlines, five‑star hotels, resorts and unique experiences.
• Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Manage bookings, confirmations and documentation with accuracy.
• Provide 24/7 support for travel disruptions, ensuring swift resolution.
• Monitor emerging travel trends and represent the agency at trade shows and networking events.

Required profile

• Excellent sales and negotiation abilities.
• Degree or experience in Luxury Tourism and Hospitality.
• Experience in communication and marketing.
• Fluent in English and Italian or Spanish (written and spoken).
• Strong geographical knowledge and a passion for travel.
• Detail‑oriented, organized and able to work autonomously.
• Adaptable team player with a sense of responsibility.

Required skills

• GDS knowledge (preferred).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
