About the role

We are looking for a Luxury Travel Sales Agent to join our friendly London team. The role involves handling enquiries from business travellers and luxury holidaymakers, creating bespoke itineraries and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to online and database enquiries and provide tailored travel solutions.
• Arrange all components of travel itineraries, including flights, transfers, accommodation and excursions.
• Offer expert advice on best value carriers, accommodations and travel routes.
• Maintain accurate records in the company’s reservation system.
• Collaborate with a supportive team to meet client expectations.

Required profile

• Previous experience in the travel industry.
• Strong knowledge of long‑haul destinations and worldwide geography.
• Excellent relationship‑building and customer‑service skills.
• Attention to detail and clear telephone communication.
• Professional and proactive attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency with a Global Distribution System (GDS).

What we offer

• Salary of £26,500 per year plus uncapped commission.
• Standard office hours, 9 am‑5 pm, Monday‑Friday.
