M365 Engineer – Microsoft 365 Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced M365 Engineer to join a fast‑growing Microsoft‑focused Managed Service Provider. The role offers the chance to lead Modern Workplace projects, work directly with customers, and help shape new AI‑driven services.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver Microsoft 365 and Modern Workplace projects covering Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, Entra ID and the broader M365 ecosystem.
• Engage with customers to gather requirements, provide technical guidance and design solutions.
• Support the implementation of Modern Workplace solutions and contribute to Microsoft Copilot, AI and automation services.
• Use PowerShell and automation tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex Microsoft 365 issues while maintaining high quality standards.
• Collaborate with the wider technical team and take ownership of assigned projects.

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft 365, especially Exchange Online, SharePoint Online and Teams.
• Background delivering M365 projects in an MSP, consultancy or customer‑facing environment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to contribute to technical discussions and solution design.
• Proactive, ambitious and capable of working independently.
