About the role
K3 Deal Advisory is seeking an entrepreneurial M&A / Corporate Finance Manager to join its London team. You will work on a variety of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, supporting clients throughout the deal lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain financial models and business valuations.
- Prepare information memoranda, client presentations and other key transaction documents.
- Participate in client meetings, coordinate with advisors and funders, and assist in project management of deals.
Required profile
- Fully qualified accountant or equivalent corporate finance qualification (e.g., CISI, ICAEW CF, CFA).
- Background in a large accountancy practice, boutique corporate finance firm, or investment bank.
- Experience in audit/accounts with exposure to transaction services or advisory work.
Required skills
- Strong financial modelling.
- Business valuation expertise.
- Advanced PowerPoint presentation creation.
